1 Tin Mendolia 155g Australian Salmon
2 Roma Tomatoes Ripe Diced
1 Lebanese cucumber diced
1/4 Red Onion sliced
1 Orange peeled and diced
20g Basil leaves torn
20ml Red wine vinegar
Salt
Pepper

Tips:
Using Local Salmon and Tuna Helps the Fishermen which employs local people that help our your community
You can add cooked potato, Chickpeas or even white beans
Method
Mix Salad vegetables in a bowl
Add Australian Salmon, Tuna or Sardines in oil to the salad, using the oil and juice from the tin
Season with salt and pepper
Add vinegar and Basil
Toss in Bowl and serve with Crusty Bread and a cheeky glass of Great Southern Riesling
